Website design orders will include a design form with further instructions to begin the process. The design form can be downloaded on the confirmation page after placing an order.
Website development will begin after all of the details are received from the client. The general estimated time frame is 5-12 business days unless a rush service is purchased. Time frames are estimations and not guaranteed.
Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing your order, however there are no refunds permitted after this stage and all sales are final unless offer by the seller.
Digital Products:
Our digital products are delivered to the email address used at checkout or available for download after successfully purchasing the product.
If you have not received your digital purchase, please check your spam folder or send us an email for further assistance.
Due to the nature of this digital product or service, we do not accept refunds or returns. However, if there are any issues please contact us.
Physical Products:
All physical products will be delivered to the shipping address used at checkout. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and delivery is estimated at 3-5 business days.
